From our small farm in northern Northumberland we supply a loyal following of discerning customers, including Heston Blumenthal’s world renowned Fat Duck Restaurant.  Besides our cuts of  succulent pork in all shapes and sizes, we produce sausages, bacon, gammons and ham,  together with a unique range of continental style charcuterie, air dried on the farm in our nineteenth century dovecote.
